Day 1:

Overnight flight from London Heathrow to Johannesburg.

Days 2-4:

On arrival in Johannesburg, connect with your scheduled flight to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport where you will be met and assisted onto your light aircraft transfer to Lion Sands. You spend the next three nights at Lion Sands River Lodge on a full board basis including game viewing activities. Stretched along the banks of the Sabi River are the 20 luxury thatched rooms that comprise River Lodge. Facing east to make the most of the rising sun and spectacular African mornings, each room has its own private viewing deck and all are linked to the main areas by raised wooden walkways, sheltered under a canopy of ancient trees. Guests can not only enjoy game drives but also bush walks, river tours, stargazing outings and a glorious full moon walk once a month. Otherwise they can simply relax by one of the lodges’ two swimming pools or by enjoying a spa treatment.

Days 5-7:

Return by light aircraft to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, arriving in time for your scheduled flight to Cape Town. On arrival, collect your hire car and make your way to the magnificent Franschhoek, where you spend the next three nights at Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards on a bed and breakfast basis. Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards is located on a working wine estate with breathtaking vistas. This stylish country retreat also offers magnificent views of the valley and town from its terrace, swimming pool and suites. The bedrooms and suites are individually decorated, creating a unique ambience with en-suite bathrooms, telephones, air-conditioning and some of the suites have a private plunge pool. A second restaurant serving al fresco meals, wellness facility, sauna, swimming pool, pool car and gymnasium can also be found on the premises and a range of activities from the hotel are also available.

Days 8-10:

Return to Cape Town today where you spend the next three nights at More Quarters on a bed and breakfast basis. Make your way to Cape Town airport today arriving in time to drop off your hire car and check in for your scheduled British Airways overnight flight to London Heathrow.

Arrive London Heathrow.
